Research process

The research process has been easy in the sense that accessing intel and both physical and digital resources are much easier in our current age. It’s surprising to see the sheer amount of resources available to us through all the online databases and at the same time overwhelming. There is simply far too much information on the web for me to decide which text is truly the most appropriate for use in my research process. A text that may seem fitting for my purposes may end up being entirely irrelevant, and it is this uncertainty that may end up taking a toll on the quality of my paper. The main issue is I’m not exactly sure if my current plan of action will actually be effective in answering my proposed question, or if my proposed question itself is “narrow” enough. I’m concerned about honing my question too much to the point that I won’t be able to find enough relevant information but at the same time worried that I’m not narrowing my question enough. I’m not entirely sure if my question will have an equal debate for both sides as there is still so much I need to research. In terms of what there is left to do, mostly I need to re-read most of my sources as well as reading the books I checked out from the library. I need to reorganize my information and be able to present it in a clean manner. In order to do so, I need to know the content and purpose of my sources and be able to draw the information that I need and use it effectively.
