Research Process

The research process has been interesting and helpful so far. I like how we are doing this research paper in a systematic fashion; instead of jumping right into the essay we are going step by step in figuring out first the topic being written about, then the sources, then the argument itself. This way things gets kept organized for the person writing the essay and allows them to be able to know exactly what they are going to write even before they start writing. It has surprised me that the research process has been easy to follow so far; usually back in high school , research papers used to be the most difficult part of a course but this has been easy to follow so far. Although, I am still not sure if there are sources existing that I should use for my paper but I believe the sources I have so far are sufficient. For now, I have to move on to the next step which is to actually start writing the essay. I will map out my argument and make sure my argument flows for me to write an excellent essay. This is just the beginning of the process and we still have a long way to go until we all write great essays. Besides that, I am excited to see what I am going to deal with next in completing this project. My goal is for my essay to teach the reader something new and out of the ordinary.
