Research Process

So far, the research process has been challenging to say the least. Even selecting a topic proved to be a difficult task since the topic not only needed to be of interest to me but required support from The New Humanities Reader. In addition to the struggles of the using the New Humanities Reader collecting information from outside sources also comes with its own challenges. With numerous studies and articles it is often hard to find a source that fits the mold of my topic and can lead to my paper deviating from its original topic. With these struggles being said the research process so far has also been beneficial in many ways. The research process has shown various places to find reliable resources to help support my claim. It has taught me how to not only organize my thoughts but also how to go about developing my ideas off of one another. While the research process is challenging it will in many ways benefit my writing. Being able to create my own topic allows to me focus on formulating my own ideas and thesis rather then focusing on answering a given question. Once I have managed to formulate a clear and concise path for how I will right my paper and have the needed resources to support my claim I am confident that I will be able to produce a well written paper.
